Texas Detailer evolved from Carology Detailing, founded by Stephen Clark in Tyler in 2020. Carology became a trusted East Texas name and earned a five-star Google rating by building its reputation one vehicle and one client at a time.
Stephen grew up in his late father’s body shop, progressing from sweeping floors and parking cars to painting automobiles and aircraft. Today, he blends that old-school craftsmanship with modern detailing methods.
After operating Carology from a large shop with employees, Stephen created Texas Detailer to bring professional service directly to his clients—eliminating the hassle of drop-offs, transportation and interrupted schedules.
By focusing on one project at a time, Stephen gives every vehicle the personal attention it deserves. The standard is not found in the size of the shop—it is found in the details.
